RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding any issues.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide proof of the issue, including photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, along with your order number.

Please note that returns must be approved before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our lamps are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us at snartage@gmail.com and we will assist you with the replacement process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
